Aligned action, intuition, and nervous system trust come together in this honest, behind-the-scenes conversation about what it really takes to build something meaningful.
In this episode, Aine and Sophia reflect on the moment their two-year journey building Sofanya begins to fully come to life. What started as an intuitive pull has evolved into a fully funded company, with a product launch just weeks away—and a deeper understanding of how to trust both science and spirit in business.
They explore the concept of aligned action and what it looks like to follow a calling, even when it doesn’t make logical sense. Along the way, they share the realities of entrepreneurship—navigating uncertainty, investing their own money, pivoting when needed, and letting go of what isn’t aligned.
The conversation also weaves in the science behind their products, including mitochondrial health, nervous system regulation, and belief-based rituals—highlighting how inner health and outer radiance are deeply connected.
This episode is both practical and reflective, offering insight into trusting yourself, building from lived experience, and creating something that truly reflects who you are.
