What does it take to build a thriving business, create a culture people want to be part of, and know when it’s time to step away from the top?
In this episode, Marc Reifenrath shares his journey of growing a digital marketing agency from a small college startup into a team of 185 employees. He reveals the lessons behind building a people-first culture, navigating the challenges of scaling a business, and making the pivotal decision to step down as CEO after 20 years. We also explore how AI is reshaping leadership, why strong relationships and trusted networks can make all the difference during major life transitions, and how to recognize when growth means letting go. Now serving as chairman of the board and global chair of the YPO marketing network, Marc offers a refreshing perspective on leading with intention, embracing what’s next, and building a career that makes room for what matters most.
If you’re an entrepreneur, business owner, or leader navigating your next chapter, this conversation will challenge how you think about success, company culture, and the power of human connection.
