이 에피소드에 관해
This is the first of three eps (even though two are mentioned in the show!) all about comparison and envy when it comes to life as a creative. In this opener, Andi discusses why we compare, the different types of comparison and why ‘helpful’ memes telling us not to do it are actually of no help at all! Instead Andi shares suggests that will transform your relationship with comparison completely, leaving you free to focus on your creativity
