What traditional EDI can learn from Star Trek with Chelsea A. Jackson, the Equity Architect

Traditional EDI doesn't work.

Chelsea Jackson is a social scientist using social justice to change the business world.

For her consultancy, Equity Architecture, KPIs are human lives.

She won't give you a gold star, she won't write you a press release, she will help you implement real change to achieve real impacts (and you can do your PR piece after that!)

In the latest episode of Creating Futures by Salt we catch up with Chelsea A. Jackson, MA MSc MPP, political scientist, speaker, podcast host, EDI consultant and more...

She shares why you aren't seeing results from traditional EDI, how equity is different from equality, and how to make changes to see real results.
