My friend Autumn has a killer body. She's maintained a super fit and strong body through two pregnancies and a decade after. About seven years ago, she came to my house for a party and was eating chocolate chip cookies (plural!) My mind was blown. I thought in order to be fit, you had to deny yourself any treats and all of your favorite foods! I asked her "How can you eat cookies and look amazing like you do?" She said, "When you figure out what to eat for your body, your body knows what to do with it."
Mind blown again.
She told me that Jenny Hernandez, a certified Nutritionist, was her coach, and I called Jenny the next day.
How many times have you tried a new diet? How many times have you failed and been disappointed and frustrated? I have a dozen times! Remember the non-fat diet? I did that. It's super healthy eating non-fat Entenmanns cookies all day. And there's Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Carnivore, and on and on and on. There's so much information out there; it's extremely difficult to determine what to eat! I yo-yo dieted for decades until I hired Jenny Hernandez. She coached me for years, helped me lose weight and figure out what diet was best for me, and most importantly, completely changed my mindset about food. Idont diet anymore, and I don't track my food anymore, ad I've been able to maintain my weight since I stopped coaching.
