What I do
I help leaders build high-performing teams where people can be themselves.
I am an Executive & Leadership Coach with over 12 years of international experience in human resources across diverse sectors.
Areas of focus:
Multi-generational team dynamics
Managing difficult conversations
Leading through complexity and change
I take a whole-person approach to support both your personal and professional development, giving you practical strategies for real situations. I do this by addressing mind patterns that no longer serve you, by building new behaviours to support your current and future challenges, by addressing blind spots and giving you a confidential space to think, and by creating tailored and actionable strategies that lead to sustainable changes.
The result is long-term success that doesn’t come at the expense of your wellbeing.
