This week we welcome Ron Millward and Tiffany Perez of Balanced Veterans. Ron is the founder of this amazing organization striving to create a safe space for the education, empowerment, and advocacy of alternative therapies for veterans. Tiffany adds her expertise as a fitness moderator, helping veterans reach their fitness goals while advocating for a holistic approach to veteran health. Balanced Veterans has partnered with professionals, businesses, and other organizations to support veterans and their families in living a better more balanced life. Ron and Tiffany also discuss how cannabis can be an important tool for attaining overall health. Balanced Veterans whole-heartedly believes that medication alone is not the answer, but a healthy community, conversation and holistic healing practices are vital in living a meaningful balanced life. Its time to get serious about becoming an advocate for your own health, and Balanced Veterans is cementing themselves as a great resource to start that transformation.
