Welcome to the Episode 1 of the Making Soul podcast, Full Moon edition! 🌝🙌🏽🎤🎧💫
It’s that time when thoughts turn to New Years resolutions, but I’m suggesting a different take:

Have a listen, then tell me what your life inventory revealed to you, that you might have forgotten. 🤓✍🏽
In the episode, I mention (and recommend) these books:Four Thousand Weeks, by Oliver BurkemanHow to Do Nothing, by Jenny Odell
