Michael speaks with Mindset Magic Founder and Coach, Ian Maxwell about the importance of men asking for and receiving help and setting Goals for yourself and your Family.
About Ian
Once upon a time, I was a top-performing executive recruiter at a prestigious search firm. I had the fancy title, the six-figure salary, on the fast track to making it big. But deep down, I felt like something was missing. I yearned for something more meaningful. I wanted to quit, to be my own boss, but I was too afraid of failure to do anything about it.
One day, I hit rock bottom. But instead of giving up, I decided to take a different path. So I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. I conquered my fears and broke free of my limiting beliefs. Now, as a coach, I help others do the same.
