Hey, Recruiterpreneurs! Sharon here, and I'm excited to share some seriously powerful tips on building rapport – fast! In our world, making those connections is everything, right? Whether it's a candidate on the phone or a client on Zoom, we gotta build that "like and trust" factor ASAP.
In this episode, I dive deep into four simple strategies you can start using TODAY to make a real impact. We're talking about setting the right attitude, getting in sync with your audience, mastering the art of open-ended questions, and why you need to SPEAK LESS and LISTEN MORE. (Seriously, it's a game-changer!) Plus, I'm spilling the tea on a BIG mistake most of us make without even realizing it. (Hint: It involves small talk.)
I've put some of the names below that I mentioned in this episode, but I wanted to mention first that I'm going to be speaking at Benjamin Mena's Recruiter Sales Summit next month on the 15th, and you're invited! It's totally FREE to attend, and we'll be dishing out all the secrets to landing those dream clients in 2025.
