The guys begin this week’s episode by looking back at David Artell’s first two games in charge of The Mariners, the encouraging 1-1 draw at MK Dons and the somewhat inevitable 2-0 defeat at League One high flyers Oxford in the FA Cup 2nd Round. They then discuss the news of Debbie Cook’s planned departure as CEO, the release of a new retro shirt in the club shop and look ahead to Artell’s first home game against, as luck would have it, his former side Crewe. Insight is provided by Stuart from ‘The Railwaymen Podcast’. The episode is rounded off with a debate over the full back positions in the VFTF 21st Century Ultimate XI; there is perhaps one obvious choice at RB, but who do our panelists prefer at LB?
