This week, the boys start to get ready for the upcoming holidays by exploring how to navigate family and loved ones' expectations about where and how you spend your holiday time.  This can be a difficult topic and real source of stress and grief in what is supposed to be a season of joy.  Talking about our own experiences and priorities is a good starting point.  We hope we offer a perspective that respects each person's feelings and needs, and fosters positive boundaries and self-care.  As we queue up to jump on the holiday roller coaster, it is good to pause and reflect on making it through November and December the best way possible.
