What does it mean to truly live a life of impact? Before we can make a difference in the lives of those around us, we must first allow God to work within us. Join us for this message as David Carter explores how investing in your own spiritual growth equips you to effectively pour into the lives of others.
Key Takeaways & Scripture References:
- Invest in You: Growth starts on the inside. Seek divine wisdom (Proverbs 4:7), faithfully develop your God-given talents (Matthew 25:14–30), and honor God by caring for your body as a temple (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).
- Invest in Others: Out of your own growth, serve those around you. Stay spiritually ready (1 Peter 3:15), maintain awareness and intentionality in your relationships (1 Kings 19:19–21), and practice discernment in where you pour your energy (Proverbs 23:9).
Reflection Questions:
- What will you do this week to grow?
- Who is one person you will invest in this week?
