このエピソードについて
How do you know when you're receiving true guidance—and when you're simply hearing your own thoughts, emotions, or conditioning?**
Discernment is one of the most important skills we can develop as we open our intuition and begin working with altered states of consciousness.
In this episode, Archangel Metatron and Archangel Michael guide you through a **clearing and expansion designed to help you recognize what is—and isn't—a vibrational match for you.**
We explore how your emotional state can influence perception, how subconscious programming can shape what you receive, and how to develop the self-trust needed to distinguish between fear, conditioning, intuition, and higher guidance.
You'll be guided through practices to:
✨ Clear and expand your energy field
✨ Become more aware of emotional interference
✨ Strengthen your intuitive discernment
✨ Develop greater trust in yourself ✨ Connect more deeply with your divine guides
✨ Recognize what feels expansive versus what feels constrictive Discernment doesn't mean questioning everything.
It means learning to **feel the difference.** I highly recommend experiencing both the clearing and the expansion in this episode rather than simply listening to them as information. Allow yourself to notice what changes in your body, your energy, and your perception. The more you practice discernment, the more clearly you can recognize what is truly yours—and what isn't.
✨ Listen. Feel. Discern. Know.
