このエピソードについて
Dr. Victoria Sekely might be the most relatable runner on Instagram. We've been meaning to connect for so long after being internet friends so it was so fun to finally sit down and talk about her journey.
She has carved her own path, built a brand authentically, and now helps runners all over the world stay healthy for their races. Her story is extremely relatable whether you're a coach, clinician, and/or runner. Hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
