Everything's On Table Now For The Sabres

In this episode of Talking Buffalo, Patrick Moran is joined by recurring guest Chris Ostrander for a deep dive into a wild 24-hour stretch for the Buffalo Sabres. The guys break down the blockbuster moves involving Alex Tuch, Bo Byram, Zach Benson and what it all means for the future of the franchise.

• Alex Tuch’s departure to the Washington Capitals sparks debate about loyalty, business decisions, and how he should ultimately be remembered in Buffalo.
• Bo Byram being traded for the fourth overall pick gives the Sabres massive draft flexibility and long-term upside.
• Zach Benson’s seven-year extension could become one of the NHL’s best value contracts as the salary cap continues to rise.
• The Sabres now possess a rare combination of young core talent, cap space, and premium draft capital.
• Patrick and Chris discuss whether Buffalo should keep the No. 4 pick or trade it for an established impact player.
