S3 EP66 What Do We Notice When We Stop Looking?

What happens when we remove the distractions long enough to notice what’s actually there?

In this first episode of Season 3, Randy starts with a simple drill from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: working from bottom side control with your eyes closed. Without visual cues, you’re forced to pay attention differently—to pressure, movement, breathing, space, and the information your opponent is giving you. Edit---Randy-Take-02

That idea becomes the starting point for a larger conversation about distraction, constant input, the space we make for ourselves, and what it means to have an honest conversation inward.

What happens when we stop trying to immediately explain, label, fix, or judge what we find? What could we learn by simply becoming curious about our own experience?

Closing your eyes doesn’t remove the pressure. It changes your relationship with the information. And sometimes, that awareness is enough to reveal options we couldn’t see before. Edit---Randy-Take-02
