このエピソードについて
This episode explores the gap between what we protest publicly and what we persist in or tolerate privately, whether at the dinner table, group chat, church, or within our closest circles. I trace how old wounds stored in our bodies can surface faster than our awareness and invite listeners to practice congruence by aligning what we stand for in public with what we practice in private. I also discuss why we repeat patterns that once kept us safe and how noticing body sensations gives us a chance to choose differently.
Prompts will be available this week on my Substack: The Resonance Circle. Subscribe to receive companion pieces and somatic practices.
