このエピソードについて
Welcome, everyone, to the 75th episode of Professor P's Podcast. I am back with another dose of elixir! My topic is VIBE #elixir
What’s your VIBE? And have you ever stopped to consider the people in your life, the roles they play, and how those connections influence who you're BECOMING?
In this Elixir episode, I'm bringing the energy and continuing a powerful conversation we've been having all semester about growth, the Infinite Game, the Power of Compounding, and Human Capital.
Inspired by Adam Grant's new book, Vibe, I'm exploring the different roles people play in our lives, how misplaced expectations can create disappointment, and why understanding our connections is so important.
And we're talking about PEBBLING! Yes, penguins have something to teach us about the power of small, intentional gestures and meaningful human connection!
As our world becomes increasingly driven by technology and AI, I believe it's more important than ever to cultivate authentic relationships, recognize the value of others, and consider the person we're becoming along the way.
And, of course, there's HOMEWORK! I'll challenge you to reflect on your relationships, recognize the little gestures of care around you, and become more intentional about the connections you're cultivating.
It's not just about who is in your circle. It's about who you're becoming and what you're cultivating together.
Jump into this episode and let's talk about VIBE!
