What made the NYC Mastermind Experience in Atlanta different? It wasn't just the speakers. It wasn't just the venue, the dinners, or the people who attended. It was the experience we created together. On this episode of NYC Experience Live, Sifu Rafael, Lancelot Theobald Jr., Jose Escobar, and Coach Timothy T.O. Clay look back at ASCEND and break down what happened when leaders, entrepreneurs, speakers, and attendees came together for three days of conversation, connection, learning, and growth.ASCEND included eight different mastermind experiences throughout the weekend. Instead of simply listening to speaker after speaker, we intentionally stopped and brought people into the conversation. They discussed what they heard. They asked questions. They shared experiences. They challenged ideas. They learned from each other. We also created an intimate Special NYC Mastermind Roundtable focused on one question: How do we ascend in our business and leadership? Then we closed the weekend with our final ASCEND Mastermind asking another important question: What happens next?Because an experience shouldn't end when the event ends. We'll talk about what worked, what surprised us, the energy in the room, the relationships that formed, and how the combination of speakers, attendees, masterminds, VIP experiences, dinners, conversations, and four hosts with very different strengths allowed ASCEND to over deliver.Sifu Rafael is a master instructor, entrepreneur, founder of Speaking Prowess, and creator of Sifu's Mind Body Method™. With over 50 years of experience, he helps people master their voice, lead with clarity, and transform their lives.Lancelot Theobald Jr. is an actor, producer, choreographer, tap dancer, author, talk show host, fitness expert, and motivator whose career spans Broadway, the Metropolitan Opera, film, television, and national tours.Jose Escobar is an award winning personal development speaker, 19x published author, 25 year sales professional, and leader of The Entrepreneur's Bookshelf and Connected Leaders Academy.Coach Timothy T.O.
