このエピソードについて
Colorado Avalanche fans reflect on the heartbreak of key player departures—does losing your favorites ever get easier? Chris Micieli and Zach Pearson share personal stories about saying goodbye to Tyson Barrie, Matt Duchene, and iconic names like Chris Drury and Peter Forsberg, exploring how trades and free agency shape the emotional landscape of hockey fandom. Which Avs loss still stings the most, and how do fans cope when beloved jerseys no longer match the roster?
Listeners weigh in with their own toughest goodbyes, while the hosts debate infamous Avalanche trades and the quirks of jersey loyalty. The episode rounds out with a fun look at unusual NHL records—from Sjhon Podien’s 25-hour gear marathon to Tie Domi’s fighting legacy—and asks whether anyone can break the iron-man games played record with today’s 84-game schedule. Rediscover what it means to be a diehard Avs supporter, on and off the ice.
