This week we are joined by Podcast Host, Speaker, Author and Athlete Gabby Reece for a conversation on developing a life that makes you happy: from mental health, relationships, macrodosing, and facing mortality.
She first gained recognition as a professional beach volleyball player, dominating the sport during the 1990s. Beyond her achievements in volleyball, Gabby has made significant contributions as a fitness advocate and wellness expert. She has authored books on health and fitness, sharing her knowledge and inspiring individuals to lead active and balanced lifestyles.
From her years as a professional model, Gabby gained a unique perspective into the world of beauty standards. Her and Alli discuss navigating a world of anti-aging standards and self-sourcing your worth from within.
Having founded LAIRD Superfood with her husband, Gabby also provides insights into cultivating a thriving relationship, working with your partner, and the secrets that have kept them together after so many years.
Alli and Gabby also discuss the power of functional mushrooms and microdosing, two things that have been instrumental in both of their lives.
