#2. An interview with Cameryn Moore, creator of Smut Slam (and so much more)

Aaaaaand… we’re back! In episode two, we talk to s3xual shame buster and creative chameleon, Cameryn Moore. Cameryn is the creator of Smut Slam, a live, international, first-person dirty storytelling open mic. She’s also a prize-winning playwright, performer, event producer, and writer of on-demand erotic stories on her typewriter on a sidewalk near you. Once upon a time, she was also a telephone s3x operator. Yes, Cameryn is hard to describe in pithy one-liners, which is why it was such fun to sit down and talk with her. She hails from Oregon in the US but is now based in Berlin. We talk about Smut Slam, her Mormon upbringing, porn, consent, how telephone s3x operators are some of the most broad-minded people you are likely to meet, and about our mutual love for Mr. Rogers.

We also have another juicy confession for you from one of our lovely listeners.

NB! This episode was recorded long before the Covid-19 pandemic.

Enjoy!

PS. In the episode, I refer to this one as out third episode. It is in fact our second episode.

The Confession - what's it all about?

Tell your s3xual truth.

We invite you to record a short confession about a s3xual experience which had a profound impact on you, and/or changed you in some important way. It doesn’t have to be wild and k1nky (it can be, of course!).

Your confession will be broadcast anonymously in a future episode.

It’s super easy and doesn’t require storytelling experience or technical knowhow. You can record it on your phone, tablet or computer (preferably using a headset and the memo app in a quiet place for best sound quality) and send it to us using https://wetransfer.com/ to deeperpleasepodcast@protonmail.com (Protonmail is safe and E2E encrypted). Your recording should start with “I have a confession to make…”. We'll do the rest.

All names should be changed to protect people’s identities.

Please write “CONFESSION” in the subject line.

When we receive your confession, we’ll send you a confirmation.

We welcome confessions from people of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and s3xualities.
