How to fix it?
このエピソードについて
- In this episode of Brooklyn’s Accidental Farmer Podcast you’ll learn about Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) and get insight from Charlie Maloney of Dayspring Farm.
- Host: Angi Kane, Brooklyn’s Accidental Farmer
- Angi and her husband, Bill are the 3rd generation of owners of Jolly’s Mill Pond, a tree farm and lake in Williamsburg, VA.
- When you’re starting from scratch with a farm, the question is: How do you make it profitable? One of the ways: CSA
- A couple of months ago, I visited Dayspring Farm owned and operated by Charlie & Miriam Maloney. They’ve run a CSA at Dayspring for over 30 years.
- In addition to running their farm, Charlie’s taught a Sustainability & Agriculture class at William & Mary for over a decade.
- Charlie gave lots of insight into what they’ve done to start and grow their CSA and farm over the years.
