Susan Nefzger is an author and Focus & Self-Awareness Coach for executives and writers who has spent decades asking one question: why is it so hard for us to truly know ourselves? Her search began in the 1980s with Dr. Brian Weiss's Many Lives, Many Masters and deepened through the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, all while she built a 30-year career in public relations, including helping launch the Georgia Lottery. In 2015, a writing retreat at Glastonbury Abbey in England sparked her first book, and she's been writing ever since. Her newest book, A Practical Guide to Love & Relationships, invites readers to examine the patterns we inherited before we were old enough to choose them, and to build honest, deep, and conscious connections.
