== Biography ==
Fink lived in the United States before making aliyah to Israel. Fink received his Rabbinic ordination from Yeshivas Itri and the Mir yeshiva in Jerusalem, and was awarded his Ph.D in Semitic languages and Linguistics from Yale University.
