Igniting Vision: How Shirley Turned a Wheelchair Into a Writing Ministry - 108

For 25+ years, Shirley Corcoran has lived with multiple sclerosis — and for the last several, she's done it from a wheelchair. In this Igniting Vision coaching call, Shirley sits down with Ryan to unpack how a quiet whisper from God — "let them know their power is in their words" — turned into a full-blown ministry.

That whisper became In the Spare Room: a monthly, physically mailed letter written in the voice of Margaret, a 61-year-old woman navigating retirement and asking the question so many people eventually ask — who am I now, if nobody needs me the way they used to?

Ryan and Shirley talk through the whole journey inside Kingdom Launchpad: how the idea finally clicked after years of "having the pieces but not knowing how to put them together," how she's using AI as a creative thinking partner named Clara, the moment a subscriber told her "I don't know how you got into my soul," and the very next step Ryan helped her map out live on the call — an online version of her Bible study, built on a simple landing page and email follow-up.

This is a coaching call about what it looks like to build something real without waiting for full health, full clarity, or a full plan. Just the next faithful step.
