LightWork Hypnosis

Today, Loretta welcomes Lesley Mitchell-Clarke is a Toronto-based Board Certified Clinical Master Hypnotherapist and Regressionist whose work explores some of the most intriguing and controversial frontiers of consciousness, memory, and anomalous human experience. Her practice includes past-life and interlife regression as well as specialized work with individuals who report extraterrestrial or ultraterrestrial contact experiences, missing time, unusual childhood encounters, recurring dreams, screen memories, and other experiences that may challenge conventional understandings of reality. Through hypnotic regression and therapeutic exploration, Lesley provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment in which individuals can examine extraordinary experiences, explore their personal meaning, and work toward greater understanding and integration. Her work has brought her into contact with people from many backgrounds whose experiences raise profound questions about memory, consciousness, trauma, spirituality, and the possibility of nonhuman or multidimensional intelligence. Lesley has also been associated with the Mutual UFO Network, known as MUFON, as a vetted mental-health-care professional working within the experiencer community. She is the co-author of Interrupted Journey: The Alien Abduction of Betty and Barney Hill Remembered, revisiting one of the best-known reported extraterrestrial contact cases in modern history. Through her work, Lesley encourages both openness and exploration while navigating a field filled with mystery, controversy, and unanswered questions. Her perspective invites us to consider not only whether humanity may share the universe with other forms of intelligence, but whether our understanding of consciousness and reality itself may be far more expansive than we currently imagine.
