INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO EPISODIO
In this episode of The Balancing Point, I sit down with Dr. Tom Ingegno to explore how we can preserve the wisdom of East Asian medicine while embracing modern innovation. We discuss acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, nervous system regulation, biohacking technologies, mentorship, and the growing research helping explain why these ancient therapies continue to work. It's a wide-ranging conversation about where integrative medicine has been—and where it may be heading next.
