Earshot Interview: Inkcarceration, Career Persistence and What’s Next

Earshot joins host Hollie Nicole at Inkcarceration Festival for an energetic conversation about connecting with an early festival crowd, building a lasting career in rock, and refusing to give up when success becomes a numbers game.

The band reflects on its Inkcarceration performance and the unexpectedly strong turnout before diving into the history surrounding the Ohio State Reformatory, the iconic filming location associated with The Shawshank Redemption. Expect surprising prison trivia, rabbit-hole conversations, and plenty of classic Teaser Talk personality.

Earshot also shares a powerful perspective on persistence that reaches far beyond music. Whether someone is building a band, pursuing an acting career, launching a business, or chasing another ambitious goal, the same principle applies: stay active, keep showing up, and keep going.
