Six-String Soldiers Live

Join us this week as we welcome Six-String Soldiers, a part of The United States Army Field Band, Six-String Soldiers is a four-member acoustic group performing Americana, folk, bluegrass, and Irish music in an informal setting. The group brings its signature style to the smallest, most intimate venues, the busiest public places, street festivals, and music festivals across the United States. With its focus on audience interaction and sharing its members’ stories and experiences as American Soldiers, Six-String Soldiers offers one of the most personal musical experiences found in the United States Army. Band members include MSG John Lamirande- Mandolin/Vocals, SFC Glenn Robertson - Bass, SFC Tom Lindsey - Banjo, and SSG Brandon Boron - Guitar/Vocals. The Six-String Soldiers' new full-length album "I’ve Been There" is now free to stream on SoundCloud and their website! We will talk to Six-String Soldiers about their upcoming schedule, get a behind their scenes look at their music, feature their latest songs, and ask them to share their message for the troops. Please be sure to visit Six-String Soldiers at http://www.ArmyFieldBand.com and spread the word. Fans are welcome to call in and speak live with them during the show (718) 766-4193.
