Built to Build - How to build a life and career intentionally, even if it's not what you expected

Sonya Weigle never planned on marriage or motherhood. Until she chose both. What followed wasn’t balance. It was burnout, hard decisions, and a brutal challenge to everything she envisioned for herself and her career.

In this episode, Sonya breaks down what it really looks like to raise kids while building a serious career, why stepping back can be a power move, and how intentional decisions reshaped her path and led her to find joy in every chapter of her career.

Sonya started off in corporate consulting, found a surprise love in biotech, she now coaches female biotech CEOs to claim space in rooms that weren’t specifically designed for them.

This conversation brings a mature and enlightening perspective to embracing things you never expected, exploring new opportunities with curiosity, and never being afraid to pause or start again.
