I forgot to mention how scents and fragrances and dehydration and hormone mimickers affect behavior. I even forgot to talk about gluten and it’s effects. There are so many variables it makes it simpler to call them spirits or curses or sin to be brief.

I thoroughly enjoyed the documentary. It was very relatable on multiple levels. There were a few touches of hyperbole but still effective in inspiring thought and consideration on whether there are better options.
I can relate to unhealthy coping mechanisms and self medication. I have a special relationship with abusing sugary food and drink. Its only Gods mercy why I don’t have more cavities than the ones im currently fighting.
