Mike Bloom and guest Matt Liguori as they unpack Hulu’s “Get Real” event and its flurry of reality TV announcements. This episode dives into the latest cast reveals, show spin-offs, and shifting alliances shaping upcoming seasons on Dancing with the Stars, Vanderpump Villa, and more. Mike and Matt bring both insight and enthusiasm as they discuss new faces joining familiar shows, the crossover of Bravo personalities, and what these changes mean for reality TV fans this year.

Mike and Matt break down the Hulu event’s biggest reveals, starting with the new cast members joining the next season of Dancing with the Stars, Maura Higgins (The Traitors) and Ciara Miller (Summer House), both coming off high-drama stints on The Traitors and Summer House. They debate the ripple effects of these picks, from fan reactions to speculation about whether other Traitors stars, like Rob Rausch (The Traitors, Love Island USA) or Boston Rob (Survivor, The Traitors), could appear on future seasons. The conversation moves into the details of Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro, a spin-off judged by Mark and Shirley Ballas (Dancing with the Stars and Strictly Come Dancing, respectively), and the ongoing evolution of how pros are chosen.

The hosts also spotlight upcoming projects, such as Project Runway’s drag queen collaborations, Khloé Kardashian’s (The Kardashians) friend-focused series, and Stassi Schroeder’s (Vanderpump Rules, Vanderpump Villa) new spinoff following her post-Vanderpump Rules journey. They address the proliferation of reality show crossovers, the outrageous cast of Hulu’s The Mob (featuring Bruno Tonioli (Dancing with the Stars), Joe Gorga (The Real Housewives of New Jersey), and Willam (RuPaul’s Drag Race)), and discuss the expanding Secret Lives of Mormon Wives universe, including a brand new spin-off and speculation around Taylor Frankie Paul’s (The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives) involvement.
