DIE HARD (1988): Christmas, Coke-Heads & Church Bans!

Season 2 kicks off with ... the greatest Christmas movie ever made?

GB and AJ reunite (one in a John Mclane-style vest, one in an old suit with a tie made of wrapping paper (because professionalism) to dive into Die Hard (1988): the morally-objectionable-to-the-Church, career-defining-for-Willis, perfection-delivered-by-Rickman masterpiece.

We get into:

• Whether Ellis was actually trying to bang Holly Gennero

• Why Bruce Willis starts the film clutching a teddy like a stressed toddler

• Hans Gruber’s foreign Die Hard titles, including the incredible German “To Die Slowly”

• YouGov polls and an unwanted amount of Greek translation

• The book, the script disasters, and the moment the movie found its soul

Plus: Listener comments (huge thanks continue to our wonderful supports over at Patreon), Bond hangovers, and AJ somehow visiting 43 countries since the last episode but definitely isn't a Universal Exports spy or an assassin.

Join us for ridiculous festive joy, top-tier film chat, and the return of the Rewind Classic Movies madness.

🗓️ Don't miss the NEW STYLE FAST FORWARD episode next week when both the guys return to look at their Favorite Christmas Movies!
