When Loving Hard Feels Like Too Much | Livvy Landin

When Loving Hard Feels Like Too Much | Livvy Landin

A few easy ways to describe Livvy Landin:

She’s 18. She acts. She models. She grew up between Georgia and Michigan after being born in Colorado. She went to IMTA in Los Angeles this year and came home with first-place singing and acting awards. You can mention Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse, and ABBA. All true. All useful.

But the more interesting story is that an 18-year-old woman just out of high school sat down to write her debut single and somehow landed on the emotional economics of loving somebody who keeps convincing you that your heart is taking up too much room. And that song became an American Songwriters Award nominee.

Feature her, and you’ll find there’s considerably more going on here than another pretty girl making pop music.
