INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO EPISODIO
Noona Nafousi spent 10,000 hours as a corporate headhunter reading exactly how people hold themselves before she ever coached anyone herself.
In this solo episode she admits the moment she told a disrespectful boss it's okay, and was fired with money stolen from her a month later, to prove why every relationship where you feel mistreated is really about the standard you agreed to first.
You'll walk away knowing the five specific signs your standards have quietly dropped, where those standards actually came from before you were even 10 years old, and the exact daily practice that raises them without turning you into someone difficult to love.
