INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO EPISODIO
"We don't need a move, a crisis, or a plot twist to give ourselves permission to upgrade the life we already have." — Fiona Walsh
We were all in. Packing boxes. House painters booked. Visited new schools. All systems ready to move from Vancouver to Canmore, Alberta. Then a sudden leadership change flipped everything — and we found ourselves standing in the same life, but seeing it completely differently.
This solo episode is a real-time look at what happens when you say yes to expansion, do all the inner work, take the leap — and the ground shifts beneath you. I unpack the urgency spiral that was running my nervous system, the survival patterns that surfaced under pressure, and why this plot twist revealed exactly where I wasn't free.
Today on Limitless:
- How a sudden leadership change reversed our cross-country move overnight
- Why my nervous system instantly regulated once I removed the selling deadline — and what that told me
- The moment I started seeing my Vancouver life with completely new eyes after visiting Canmore
- An Oracle card spread that mapped the entire arc of this story (it's mindblowing)
- Peter Crone's quote that reframed everything: "Life will present you with - people and circumstances to reveal where you are not free"
- What I'd been putting off for 8 years — and why it took a move that didn't happen to finally do it
- Real-time proof the nervous system work is working: holding sick kids, painters in the house, and a full client load without gripping
This episode is for you if:
- You've said yes to something big, done the inner work — and then everything changed
- You're holding contradictory emotions right now (relief and grief, excitement and loss)
- You've been putting off something that would create space in your life, work, or home
- You're wondering whether expansion has to mean going somewhere new
- You're curious about nervous system regulation, survival patterns, and what it looks like to stop gripping
