Why Am I Still Thinking This? New Moon/ Retrograde

Thank you for your interest in watching this show as I so want to help you negotiate the energies of where we're at.

On today's show I'm going to be talking about the retrograde the new moon and also How are we going back over some of these things that we wish we could have done different or we are negotiating some of the emotions that are popping up of doubt and understandings.

Please bring a piece of paper because I might be bringing some mantras in or some understandings in that you might want to jot down with the understanding that we have the ability to rewrite our mind's story about what happened, Now does that mean that the memory isn't real yes it is Yes that really did happen Thing is though we can take the shame and the and the guilt and the reminu reminuing of the story of that and change it into something that well that really taught me this I really got down the path of that that really helped me and or I can see the better perspective of what's been happening.

We all have things that we wish we would have done different That's a given the thing is though what do we do about it? Sometimes we have to rethink and re almost brainwash ourselves into knowing that we can do better. I am one that understands life happens the negative the the pains things literally happen The thing is though what do we do about it and that's where I stand in is when I am in a situation of more of a negative orientation I really see how can I do better out of it And that's the skill that can help us move into a better lighter life.

I will be channeling a deity Mother Mary through this and then after that I'll be pulling Oracle cards towards the end. I always want you to know your truth is your truth I'm a perspective and or the team that I bring in of the deities will bring in a perspective that might support you in your life's walk I would hope.
