How Mike Brady from the Brady Bunch, inspired one of the Building Industry's most successful female leaders

In this episode, I speak with special guest Paula West. Paula is the General Manager of Inspired Homes. I have been fortunate enough to have known Paula for many years having even worked with her some time ago. She is a truly inspirational leader in the building industry not only in WA by around Australia. Paula is an accomplished member of Master Builders Association of Western Australia, serving as Deputy Chair of Housing Council. She has been in the building and construction industry for over 35 years and is the first female builder Board Member of MBAWA and a Board Member of the Construction Training Fund. Paula is also an MBA National Jobs and Skills Councillor, where she works to create opportunities and build capacity across the sector. As an Ambassador for Women Building Australia Paula is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry.
