INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO EPISODIO
When the International Criminal Court became operational in 2002, it represented a major breakthrough for human rights. For the first time in human history, an international institution had been established to prosecute individuals for genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. The Court now finds itself under increasing attacks. Prof. Wittner talks with Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Magazine. https://www.commondreams.org/opinion/attack-on-icc
