This short episode explores the why and creation of From Inside the House, a podcast that reclaims the narratives of women’s trauma in horror, turning them from exploited tropes into powerful reflections of survival and strength. Through horror, we examine trauma, celebrate resilience, and challenge how women’s stories are told on-screen and in reality.
