Florence, Italy was a LOT. Definitely a place you need to go back but I really enjoyed being a local there.

It's good to be back! I am feeling the creative energy and it feels wonderful. Today we are chatting about how I learned to manage my triggers properly which is allowing me to finally actually BE present in my life instead of a spectator. Glorious!
