E09 - Post Traumatic Rape Stress Disorder

Host Victoria Ferguson is joined again by Katie Anne Hasard,  continuing their conversation from episode 8 by taking a walk through the personal post-rape journey through therapy Katie received to help bring awareness that PTSD is common with rape survivors, and is treated with the same treatment as veterans post-war. While also discussing how important it is to feel the weight of our emotions/the importance of not ignoring them since growth is uncomfortable.
