21 - RL Stine’s Pumpkinhead

It’s officially October yall, and our show is legal.

This week, we start by talking about the major movies coming to theatres and streaming this month (and there are some good ones).

Then we get to our movie, a very Canadian Tubi Original adaptation of a short story by the legendary children’s horror author. How many horror tropes are crammed into this thing? Is the main character (played by the improbably named Bean Reid) the most annoying character in movie history? Would you trespass in someone’s house in exchange for a bowl of candy? We’re answering all these questions and more.

Thank you for listening. It truly means a lot to us. If you like it and wanna be awesome and help us grow the show, follow on your favorite podcast app or tell a friend.
