I'm challenging us to be aware of our overall feeling, beyond only the words we speak. When we speak words, we can notice our heart. We can notice how it feels at our core. Yes, say the good words. That is very important. But also, be noticing and tuning into your overall feeling that is true, honest, and authentically you.
We can decide to be more fully engaged. We can choose to feel the good words deep within us. We can choose to connect our brain and our heart, and come with a deep feeling of authenticity when we speak the goodness of bold and true declarations over our life.
