General Hospital 2-Week Spoilers for June 29-July 10, 2026 bring a thrilling ride as major storylines take unexpected turns. Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), under a kill order, faces a dilemma as he is directed to eliminate Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who is believed to be hiding in a house purchased for Marco (Adrian Anchondo) and Lucas (Van Hansis).

Spoilers for General Hospital indicate that Ava Jerome (Maura West), taken aback by a sudden confession, ends up furious. In a surprising twist, Sidwell is actually at Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) house, making the situation even more complicated. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) confides in Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about Danny (Asher Jared Antonyzyn) attempting to break into the WSB, leading to more drama.

GH spoilers suggest Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is left skeptical as Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) doubts her claim that not Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is really Cass, his evil twin. In another part of town, Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) overhears something shocking, setting her onto a warpath against Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) the weeks of 06/29-07/10/2026.

This episode was hosted by Belynda Gates-Turner for the #1 Soap Opera Channel, Soap Dirt.
