What stops the devil from entering our lives!

Key Takeaways

- Division as a Tool of the Devil the devil works to sow discord and foster negative judgment among believers, knowing that a "house divided" cannot stand.

- Humility is the Solution
The primary defense against division is humility. Remembering our own weaknesses and sinfulness stops us from pointing out others' faults and instead fosters peace (7:43–8:24).

- Three Daily Practices for Humility and Unity

1 - Admit our own faults (9:30–10:12) — Frequently say "I have sinned, forgive me," both to God and to those around us.

2 - Turn to God in prayer (10:17–11:15) — Rely on God's grace rather than our own understanding, asking for His help, guidance, mercy and strength.

3- Practice constant gratitude (11:17–11:52) — Choose to "always give thanks" for everything, which opens our eyes to God's presence and helps overcome negativity. As the speaker puts it:

"Every time I say thank you, Lord, I kick the devil out" (13:22–13:25).
