INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO EPISODIO
In today's podcast, we have Nikki Stowe, who discusses "Accessibility For You". She explains what it is all about and how people can participate and contribute towards it.
As someone who has been a wheelchair user for a long time and also a handler of assistance dogs, I have had the opportunity to visit some fantastic places that prioritize accessibility and understand its importance. However, I have also faced situations where accessibility was inadequate, causing me stress and anxiety when entering unfamiliar spaces and wondering if my needs would be met. Despite these negative experiences, I remain committed to advocating for better training and awareness of accessibility. My journey has shown me that I am not alone, so I founded "Accessibility For You".
