INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO EPISODIO
Meditation is a simple practice, but it isn’t always easy. In this hour-long talk given by Bhante Rahula at the At Peace with Life retreat in New Mexico in June 2025, Bhante shares how turning to the mind can be confronting and challenging, thanks to the “five inner enemies” of desire, aggression, worry, sloth, and restlessness. Through humor and storytelling, Bhante Rahula encourages us to look to the world not as the source of our distractions and challenges, but as a teacher—emphasizing agency and resilience as we meet the inevitable difficulties that arise in our process of taming the mind.
